Harry the hirer is a full-service event supplier with a unique offering - we offer a complete in-house solution that includes outdoor marquees, exhibition design and delivery, event technology and rigging, furniture hire, catering equipment, custom prefabrication, event styling and graphic signage production.

Our products and services include marquees & temporary structures, wall panel systems, furniture, flooring, signage, rigging, custom build, linen, kitchen & catering equipment, fencing, staging, audio visual, LED walls, video production, power & lighting, a broadcast studio, creative services, event styling & design, and storage.

 

We service 4 key markets: major events and private events, exhibitions & business events (MICE), technical production (audio visual, staging, lighting, rigging, touring).

Our clients include major event and exhibition organisers, exhibitors, conference organisers, meeting planners, agencies, corporates, producers, caterers, wedding planners, and the private market.

 

Today, Harry the hirer has a combined workforce of 1200 staff, over 120,000sqm of warehousing across Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane, and a team of account managers, event stylists, designers, installers, carpenters, electricians, riggers, and audio-visual technicians.

Nationally, Harry’s has 10 sales departments, 13 product departments, 5 transport/delivery departments, an IT department of 3 system administrators and 5 programmers, a CAD department with 14 designers, a creative team of 6 stylists, and a marketing team of 5.

Most of the management team consists of industry specialists who have been part of the Harry’s family for up to 10 to 30 years and are each expert in their field. The culture of Harry’s is driven from a humble, hard-working team that pride itself on innovation and pushing boundaries to achieve success.
